Each year, the local Audobon Society participates in a Christmas Bird Count (CBC) to help determine patterns of growth and movement of some species of birds. ”Wow!” I thought, “That is alot of birds to count. What if they miss some?”
As it turns out, I met a really great group of people that really enjoy what they do and that they don’t actually count all the birds. Watch this story about the Christmas bird count and you’ll know what is really going on too.
